  1. The best way to cancel an order is to call the pharmacy to which you made the order with (pharmacy store details will be displayed on the confirmation email you receive when placing the order). You must remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched the same or next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  3. If you're on online member you can track the status of your order at any time by logging into My Account, and clicking on the 'Orders' tab and then the relevant order. The status will allow you to see the stage it is at if it has not yet been shipped, and by pressing the tracking link after it has been shipped, you can see the latest tracking information on your order. You will also receive regular emails to notify you of the status of your order.For non-online members, you will be updated on the status of your order via regular emails.

  4. All information collected by Chemmart® Pharmacy is strictly confidential. We do not provide this information to any other party for any purposes. In addition, all Chemmart® Pharmacy staff are legally bound by conditions of employment to the confidentiality of your order and personal details. As another measure of security, all orders will be packed in unbranded packaging.

  5. No, there is no minimum order amount.

  6. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as you finish the checkout process. If you don't receive an email or if you are unsure whether your order was successful, please contact our customer support team or your local Chemmart® Pharmacy.

  7. Your order will never be cancelled without an attempt to contact you first. There are a few reasons why your order may be cancelled. Examples include: out of stock, unanswered phone calls during our verification checks with you, failure to collect your parcel(s), etc. Please contact the Chemmart® Pharmacy you placed your order with for more information.

  8. If there are missing items from your delivery, you should contact your local Chemmart® Pharmacy within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing items. Once we have checked this, then we will (at your option):

    • (i) provide you with a credit for the product(s) that were charged but not delivered to you; or
    • (ii) arrange for a re-delivery of the missing item at an agreed time; or
    • (iii) arrange for you to pick up the missing item in store at an agreed time.

  9. This transaction will appear on your credit card statement as "SYMBION PTY LTD TA CHEMMART PHARMACY CHEMMART ECOMMERCE".

  10. This isn't a problem. Just call the store directly and let them know.
